Den-En "Silver" Shochu, 720ml

DEN-EN Shuzo is a distillery is situated in Satsumasendai, in Kagoshima, and a pioneer in the production of barrel-aged shochus. Since 1956 shochu are stored barrels there.

The company is constantly innovating in barrel storage techniques, including the use of Mizunara barrels for storing rice shochu.

Silver is an authentic Shochu distilled from malted barley by vacuum distillation, and aged for 3 months.

The aroma and light taste of barley have been mastered, which is transparent in appearance, and taste. The aroma is slightly gentle and floral, while the flavor is not only beautiful and mellow, but also dense and deep, with a refreshing aftertaste.

The '3-year storage' method involves using only unprocessed sake that has been aged for over three years.
