Exchanges and refunds
We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds except in the following circumstances:
- If the item(s) in your order were incorrect, out of stock, or damaged upon delivery
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Notify us at contact@grapengrain.com within two days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return or refund, and proof of purchase.
FV will collect the item(s) within 1-2 working days; once your return is received and inspected, FV will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you via email of your refund approval or rejection.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Gift item(s) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
