Our delivery service is available Monday through Friday, from 10:30am to 5:30pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that any urgent same-day delivery requests will incur an additional charge of HK$ 300.

Once we have received your full payment for your order between 9:30am – 4pm (Monday – Friday), we will notify you of the expected delivery date and time. We usually estimate that your delivery will arrive at your designated address within 2 to 3 business days.

Orders placed any time on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, the earliest estimated delivery date will be the following the next working day.

* During seasonal promotions and festive periods such as Christmas or Chinese New Year, Next Day Delivery may be impacted due to the higher volume of orders we receive.

Orders over HK$1,500 get free delivery to one address in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or the New Territories.

If your order is below HK$1,500, you will be charged HK$150 for delivery service. Please note that all delivery charges paid cannot be transferred or refunded once your order has been confirmed.

If you miss your delivery or give an incorrect address, a HK$150 fee applies for next attempts.

The fee below is based on five standard 12 bottles (750ml) carton boxes.

Hong Kong Island - HK$ 150

Kowloon - HK$ 150

New Territories - HK$ 200

For additional cases, a HK$ 20 fee per case will be charged.

Customers are responsible for paying the registration charges/gate charges for deliveries to warehouses in Hong Kong.

In the event that the delivery is delayed, postponed, or canceled due to various factors such as traffic, weather, or accident, the Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Staircase fee

There's a fee for carrying wine up or down stairs. Each floor over 8 steps counts as one level (max 20 steps per floor). The fee is HK$20 per case per floor

Delivery is unavailable

    • Non-permanent addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands

    • No authorized unloading area within 50 meters

    • Hotel rooms, airports, ports, marinas

    • Above the 4th floor without an elevator (for 5+ cases)

  • Typhoon or Black Rainstorm

    Delivery is suspended during typhoon #8 or higher or black rainstorm warnings. We'll contact you to reschedule without extra fees.

    Failing to receive ordered products

    If you fail to receive the ordered products within ONE MONTH from the date of order confirmation, not arising from our faults, we will charge storage fees of HK$ 3 per bottle per month.

    You are responsible for settling any outstanding fees before collecting your order in such a case.

    Any ordered goods that remain undelivered for six months from the date of order confirmation or storage fees that remain unpaid for over six months will be disposed of at our discretion without further notice to you.

    FV shall not be liable to make any refund or compensation to you in such an event, and we reserve the right to continue claiming you for the outstanding storage fees.

    Collection service

    We'll email you when your order is ready for collection at our warehouse during business hours. Bring your email confirmation for ID verification. We may ask for additional information to protect your order.

    Uncollected orders after 30 days go into paid storage (HK$3/bottle/month). We'll contact you if the warehouse closes due to weather, etc., so you can collect your order when it reopens.
