Fabio Oberto Dolcetto d'Alba 2021, 750ml
This Dolcetto is produced in limited quantities, with only 2,500 bottles made. The grapes, grown on southeast-facing slopes, were harvested in the first week of September, de-stemmed, softly pressed, and fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 28°C for 1-2 weeks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine is aged in steel for 6 to 9 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note
The wine has a delicate, floral, and intense nose, with full and persistent aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and complete. This Dolcetto is especially enjoyable for those who love fruity wines and can be enjoyed slightly chilled, even in the summer.
