Fabio Oberto Dolcetto d'Alba 2020, 750ml

This Dolcetto is produced in limited quantities, with only 2,500 bottles made. The grapes, grown on southeast-facing slopes, were harvested in the first week of September, de-stemmed, softly pressed, and fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 28°C for 1-2 weeks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine is aged in steel for 6 to 9 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Note:

Full ruby-red turning to bright violet. Expanding aroma with evident, fresh and fruity scents of wood berries. Well-structured and full-bodied, crisp and direct at the same time, but not an obvious wine. Its nice acidity makes it pleasant and highly enjoyable.
