Domaine Guy Amiot Meursault V.V. 2021, 750ml

Crushing and fermentation take place in a combination of French oak barrels (1/3) and stainless steel tanks (2/3). This is followed by bâtonnage and natural malolactic fermentation at cellar temperatures of 13 to 14°C. After 12 months of aging, the wine is transferred to a single tank for bottling.

Tasting Note:

Fruity peach and lemon notes on the nose. A buttery palate in addition with the harmonious mix of apricot, melon and vanilla on the finish.
