Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru "Vaudesir" 2022, 750ml

The parcel is located in the lower part of the valley. Tight, full bodied with noticeable salinity and creaminess. A white and chalky limestone clay is predominant in its steepest part, while the west side has browner clay soils.

Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.

Tasting Note:

The 2022 Grand Cru Vaudésir features a gourmand nose with notes of rhubarb and acacia flower. On the palate, it is fine and elegant, with buttery, brioche aromas and a dominant hint of coconut. This vintage showcases a refined balance and a rich, complex profile, making it a standout expression of the Vaudésir terroir.
