Caraguilhes
Château de Caraguilhes dates back to the 18th century when the property was established.
Centuries later, it was purchased by Lionel Faivre, a winemaker established in Algeria, and among the many changes, he converted the vineyards to organic in the late 1980s.
The estate is owned by Pierre Gabison, who acquired this 500-hectare property in 1998 from Lioinel Faivre.
Since 1987, the estate has gained recognition for its commitment to sustainable and organic farming practices. All wines have been certified organic by ECOCERT since 1992.
These elegant, well-balanced wines exhibit a fruit-forward, aromatic character with remarkable freshness. Most can be enjoyed when young, while Solus (white and red) and L'Echappé Belle can be aged for a few years. Outstanding value for money!
