Chateau de Caraguilhes "Solus" Corbieres Rouge 2022, 750ml

A blend of 40% Carignan, 40% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah planted in a rocky hillside clay-limestone soil.

Fermented partially in french oak, partially in concrete and matured for 10 months in the same vats.

Tasting Note:

Intense fruit of black cherry and wild blackberry. Notes of roasted coffee highlight flavors of Black Forest. The second nose offers these extremely well blended notes of fresh thyme. On the palate is soft, dynamic and balanced.
