Chateau de Caraguilhes "Tian Ran" Rouge 2022, 750ml

100% Cinsault from the vineyard named L’Olivette. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, then matured for 3 months in concrete vats, after which the wine is bottled. No added sulphites.

Tasting Notes:

The wine has distinct notes of thyme, rosemary, and brioche bread. As it develops, subtle undertones of peony and raspberry emerge. On the palate, it delivers a delicate, and fresh flavor. The wine is frank and juicy, and the Cinsault shines without reservation.
