Chateau de Caraguilhes "Solus" Corbieres Blanc 2023, 750ml

A blend of 80% Grenache blanc, 20% Roussanne planted in limestone and round pebbles soils.

Fermented and aged on its lees for 9 months in French oak (demi-muid) and amphoras.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A mineral nose with magnificent aromas: candied lemon, grapefruit, notes of white flowers and redcurrant, almonds too

Palate: A beautifully lively, round palate with aromas of candied fruit and grapefruit. Magnificent balance, a sublime expression of the Boutenac terroir, with a long, rich, pure finish.
