Chateau de Caraguilhes "Les Gourgoules" Corbieres Rouge 2022, 750ml

A blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Carignan planted in a slope of clay-limestone and round pebbles soil.

Fermented in concrete vats by carbonic maceration and aged for 6 moths in its lees.

Tasting Note:

Deep purple in color. Aromas of black fruits and tapenade highlighted by flavors of nutmeg and pepper.On the palate, a silky attack with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive which underline the fleshy side of this wine. The tannins give the wine very good hold, reinforcing the balance.
