Chateau de Caraguilhes "Le Trou de l'Ermite" Corbieres Boutenac Rouge 2021, 750ml

A blend of 30% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, planted in a stony clay-limestone soil.

Fermented in concrete tanks and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels (barrels 2 and 3 years old). 

Tasting Note:

Wonderful aromas of fruity freshness with hints of rosemary and thyme.  A fantastic fruity attack, underlined by notes of black fruit and black olive. The freshness on the palate delivers all the personality of this wine. Soft tannins and a long-finished.
