Punta di Adine is made from 100% Sangiovese grown in block no. 100 of the Adine vineyard, which is the highest terrace of the vineyard. The vineyard, located in Gaiole in Chianti, features clay-limestone soils of marine origin. The wine undergoes fermentation in concrete tanks and matures for 18 months in 2500L Austrian oak barrels, followed by an additional 18 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note:
Dark ruby red with complex aromas of graphite, smoky notes, blond tobacco, black olives, and blueberry. The palate is powerful and structured, with powdery tannins and subtle black truffle notes, leading to a fresh and persistent finish.
