Taittinger Vintage Brut 2015, 750ml

The Taittinger Vintage Brut 2015 is exclusively produced from first press wines, blended from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The Grands Crus make up a significant proportion at 70%, while the other 30% comes from selected villages classified as Premiers Crus. Matured for 5 years in the cellar before release. Dosage 9g/l.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of white peach, green apple, nougat and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, bright and incisive, with a charming core of fruit and a delicate mousse, this is a pretty, expressive vintage for Taittinger. Sufficiently open and fruit-driven to be enjoyed, toasty complexity with come with a few years on cork.
