Joh. Jos. Prum "Graacher Himmelreich" Riesling Spatlese 2021, 750ml

This is a Spätlese that drinks very much like a Kabinett. Initially, herbs and lemons but once opened up there are also violets and dried flowers alongside the initial aromas of lime zest and lemon pith. Edgy and with a slight phenolic bite, mineral and detailed through to the long silky finish.

Residual sugar approximately 40-60g/l
