Exotic nose dominated by pomelos; then comes out broom, honeysuckle, wet roses and then develops the complexity of a potpourri of flower petals. The palate is marked by the delicate structure of its bitterness. Its intensely fruity flavours are heightened by the menthol and liquorice notes.
