Eugenio Collavini Villa del Canlungo Pinot Grigio Collio Goriziano 2023, 750ml

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in the Collio DOC of Friuli, on terraced vineyards with southern exposure and “ponca” soils—friable marlstone that retains moisture. Grapes were hand-harvested and underwent cold maceration with brief skin contact before gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation was carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using ambient yeast, with no oak used at any stage. The wine was matured on fine lees in steel to preserve varietal purity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas include pear, green apple, banana, and acacia blossom. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, with balanced acidity and a clean, dry finish. Overall, the wine is fresh and precise, showcasing the varietal character and terroir of Collio.
