Distillerie Mette Eau-de-Vie de Kirsch, 350ml

This 45° Eaux de Vie is made from black cherry ratafia harvested at the beginning of summer. The natural fermentation process is followed by double distillation in a copper pot still. The product is not cold-filtered and is aged in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: 

It has a transparent, clear color, with a spicy nose featuring notes of black cherry jam, cinnamon, and cocoa. The palate is rich with flavors of ripe cherries, and the finish is dense and smooth with a hint of spices.
