Rockford "Rifle Range" Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, 750ml

Fruit from Rifle Range Road, running parallel to Krondorf Road, starts in the valley floor and winds up to Kaiser Stuhl National Park. 
Two years of maturation in French and American oak hogsheads integrate the tannins and consolidate the flavors, resulting in a rich, voluptuous wine with a lovely earthy finish.

Tasting Note:

The nose on this elegant Cabernet is generous, rich and ripe with plenty of classic blackcurrant fruit with cocoa and tobacco notes. The palate is fresh and herbal with thyme notes that lift the concentrated black fruit.
