Rhum J.M Rhum Vieux Agricole "Epices Creoles", 700ml
Épices Creoles is a fragrant spiced rum from Martinique bottled at 46%. It' made from pure, freshly pressed sugar cane juice grown in the volcanic soils of the Habitation Bellevue estate. Distilled in a Creole column still, it is aged for at least three years in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Note:
Aromas : delicate on the vanilla pod, honey and warm woody notes. After agitation, subtle notes of gingerbread with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and ginger appear. Powerful and harmonious, the nose suggests a mouth with a bold character.
Palate : the attack on the palate is powerful on spicy notes: cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, pepper, almost hot pepper ... this spicy heat gradually the mouth and gives way to toasted, roasted, and almost smoky notes of oak wood
