Distillerie Poli Jacopo Poli Arzente Wine Brandy, 500ml

Arzente is a wine brandy distilled from Trebbiano di Soave. It has a delicate aroma and high acidity. The distillation process uses a steam alembic still on a discontinuous cycle to remove the heads and tails. It is aged for ten years in Slavonia and Limousin oak casks before a final year in Allier oak carati.

Production method: artisanal distillation, with a discontinuous traditional bain-marie still; aged 10 years in oak barrels

Aromas: cream pastries, eggnog and tiramisu
