Roger Goulart Cava Rose Brut 2022, 750ml
90% Garnacha, 5% Monastrell, 5% Pinot Noir
The grapes are vinified separately. Maceration at low temperature. Press juice yield of 50%. Fermentation of the musts at 16-18ºC with selected yeast. Base wines with an important acid component and a low pH appropriate for the long aging. After the bottling, the second fermentation and aging take place in our cellars located at 30 meters downstairs, at a constant room- temperature of 14ºC all year round.
Dosage: 8gr/l - Disgorged in December 2023
Ruby-pink color of medium intensity with vivid nuances. Bright, releasing very fine bubbles with a slight crown formation. Marked notes of red fruit reminiscent of strawberries, cherries, and fleshy fruits, but also red liquorice, with a fairly creamy background.
On the palate it is very fresh due to its lively but well-balanced acidity, a sweet tip, with carbon that persistent finish.
Recommended serving temperature between 6ºC and 8ºC.
