Dopff au Moulin Cremant d'Alsace Wild Brut 2016, 750ml
A blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, sourced from vineyards in Alsace with well-drained soils. Crafted using the Champagne method, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and was aged for 24 months on the lees. It is a zero dosage cuvée, meaning no sugar was added during disgorgement, resulting in a dry, precise style with less than 3 g/L residual sugar. (Domaine bottling)
Tasting Note
The nose reveals floral notes and light pastry nuances, while the palate is marked by long-lasting acidity, fine bubbles, and a lemon-tinged finish.
