Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru "Champ Canet" 2022, 750ml

100% Chardonnay grown in limestone-rich soils in the northern part of Puligny, near Meursault. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in 350-litre French oak barrels, with approximately 25% new wood used. The wine underwent full malolactic fermentation and was aged on fine lees for 11 months with regular bâtonnage.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it presents floral lift and ripe orchard fruit, with subtle vanilla from the oak. The palate is medium-bodied and well-balanced, showing white peach, green apple, and waxy citrus, supported by clean acidity and a persistent finish. Overall, it’s a polished and expressive Puligny 1er Cru with depth, finesse, and ageing potential.
