Domaine Francois Carillon Puligny Montrachet "Les Enseigneres" 2021, 750ml

Les Enseignères is located just below the Grand Cru Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. Despite its village appellation, this wine rivals the 1er Crus. Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged in 10% new oak, for 12 months, with occasional lees stirring.

Tasting Note:

The 2021 Enseignères offers a very classy bouquet, and certainly does not taste underdone here despite the shortage of crop. This really kicks on superbly with a wealth of fruit along with a thread of perfect Puligny backbone. Very long finish, especially for the vintage.
