The evening starts with a reception at 6:30 PM, followed by an 8-course authentic Cantonese dinner at 7:00 PM, paired with five outstanding Cakebread wines.
You will taste their top selections, including Cabernet Sauvignon Benchland, and Cabernet Sauvignon Vine Hill Ranch, along with Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc from their North Coast vineyards.
