Blandy's Malmsey "Colheita" Vintage Madeira 2010, 750ml

100% Malvasia (Malmsey) from São Jorge, North coast, planted in soils volcanic soils, derived mainly from basalt, trachytes, tufa, slag and conglomerates.

Aged in a “canteiro” system, in 650 L casks at room temperature until the month of bottling. Residual sugar 120g/l.

Tasting Note:
Very characteristic. A lush bouquet with notes of floral tea, spices, rich, fruitcake soaked in brandy and raisins.
The palate shows sweet liqueur, leaving a long aftertaste, with notes of creamy milk, old brandy and some spice.
