This rum aged in American Oak barrels that have benefited from a double-heating (intense & Extreme) draws its exceptional character from the environment of Mount Pele.

Tasting Note:

Nose: banana and flambe pineapple, honeyed and spicy notes with vanilla. Complemented by woody and empyreumatic notes (toast & hazelnut).

Palate: Balanced, round and powerful. In addition to sweet spices, nutmeg wrapped by fruit notes.
