Sourced from sustainably farmed Pinot Noir vineyards across the cool, maritime-influenced Sonoma Coast AVA. The grapes are gently pressed, with 100% free-run juice chilled and cold-settled in stainless steel tanks prior to fermentation using native yeasts. The wine is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve crisp varietal purity, vibrant fruit character, and high-toned natural acidity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of fresh wild strawberry, watermelon rind, white peach, and a touch of red berries. The palate is dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and energetic, featuring a core of crisp raspberry, Meyer lemon, and red plum, with lively acidity and a smooth texture. The finish is clean, persistent, and stony.
