Bodegas Vina Nora "Nora" Albarino 2024, 750ml

This 100% Albariño is sourced from vineyards in the Condado do Tea subzone of Rías Baixas, planted on granitic soils mixed with river pebbles. The fruit was hand-harvested, destemmed, and cold macerated before pressing. Fermentation began in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine aged on its fine lees for four months in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring to build texture, with malolactic fermentation avoided to preserve its bright natural acidity.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of white peach, green apple, and white flowers open on the nose, joined by distinct notes of grapefruit zest. The palate is medium-bodied and structured, showing a smooth texture balanced by vibrant, saline acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving persistent notes of citrus and wet stone.
