Soil: Loess, limestone and loam

Vinification: Eiswein (Ice wine) has to be harvested at minus 7 C. The juice is concentrated because the water in the grape is frozen, and the grapes are pressed while they are still frozen. Fermented until 9% alcohol and left with 131.4gr/l of sugar.

Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of honey, candied peach, dry apricot, walnuts, and toffee. The palate has moderate acidity, a rich texture with plenty of concentration, and good length.
