Domaine Bernard Gripa Saint Peray "Les Pins" Blanc 2021, 750ml

80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne, this is Gripa’s top St-Péray wine, made from vines averaging 60 years in age. The wine features fine greengage and peach aromas while retaining the appellation’s characteristic mineral notes. Suitable for drinking now through 2030.

The vinification is traditional, and the wine is aged in demi-muids for eight to nine months before bottling. Full malolactic fermentation is completed.

Tasting Note:

The bouquet has a vibrant flair, displaying white stone fruit, hints of floral aromas and spice followed by stony minerality. The palate is hedonistic, with zippy citrus and beautiful rich nectarine notes, finished with spice and a mineral-driven mouthfeel.
