In tribute to his ancestors and the hardworking vintners of that generation, François Carillon crafted the 'Cuvée des 5 Siècles' (Five Centuries Cuvée), celebrating 500 years of winemaking heritage from 1520 to 2020.
Tasting Note:
Aromas of apple, citrus, nuts and oak. Full-bodied with good acidity. Rich juicy fruit with integrated oak, nuts and minerals in the finish.
