Domaine des Perdrix Echezeaux Grand Cru 2020, 750ml

Made from Pinot Noir grown on clay limestone soils in the Echezeaux Grand Cru climat (80% from Echézeaux du Dessus and 20% from Quartiers de Nuits). The grapes were destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 18 months in oak barrels with 50% new oak before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals dark cherry, blackberry and violet with hints of spice and earthy undertones. The palate is powerful yet refined with fine tannins, vibrant acidity and a long mineral finish. A profound Echezeaux combining depth and elegance with exceptional ageing potential.
