Dopff au Moulin Gewurztraminer Terres Epicees 2022, 750ml

100% Gewurztraminer grown in the Gehey vineyard in Riquewihr, Alsace, where east-facing slopes and sandy clay soils support sustainably farmed vines under Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. Grapes were hand-harvested at full maturity, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, followed by eight months of ageing in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity.

Tasting Note

The wine shows aromas of lychee, passion fruit, rose, and spice, with a medium-dry palate, and a textured, aromatic finish.
