Dopff au Moulin Domaine Familial Gewurztraminer 2020, 750ml

100% Gewurztraminer grown in the Gehey vineyard in Riquewihr, Alsace, a gently sloping, east-facing site with well-drained sandy clay soils. The wine is produced under sustainable viticultural practices, with hand-harvesting and whole-bunch pressing followed by static settling. Fermentation was carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, and the wine was aged in tank without oak contact to preserve aromatic purity.

Tasting Note:

It shows a golden hue with expressive aromas of rose, lychee, spice, and smoky undertones. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with floral and spicy complexity, balanced acidity.
