Springbank 10 Year Old Palo Cortado, 700ml

This 2023 edition whisky, bottled at 55% ABV, is the second release in our five-part Sherry Wood Series. With a limited production of 10,200 bottles worldwide, it has been matured for six years in Bourbon casks, followed by four years in Palo Cortado Sherry hogsheads made from Spanish oak.

Nose: Aromas of parma violets, buttercream icing, and peaches, with hints of cola and grated ginger.

Palate: Soft peat smoke, complemented by flavors of red velvet cake, strawberry laces, and icing sugar.

Finish: A waxy finish with notes of orange rind and lingering peat smoke.
