100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Four-day cold-soak, hand punch downs for two weeks in open-top fermenters. Aged in 40% new French oak for 16 months.

Tasting Note:

A fresh and delicious cabernet sauvignon with currants, blackberries and some hints of vanilla and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied with a soft and creamy texture, lovely fruit and a delicious finish.
