Joh. Jos. Prum "Wehlener Sonnenuhr" Riesling Kabinett 2021, 750ml

Made from hand-harvested whole-cluster Riesling grown on steep, south-facing slopes of Devonian slate in the Mosel Valley. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel, with no malolactic conversion or oak contact. The wine is aged for several months in tank. 

Tasting Note:

Deep and flinty but bright and clear on the refined and elegant nose with beautiful crushed slate aromas. On the palate, this is a rich, round and generous, incredibly lush and supple but crystalline and even pure Sonnenuhr with a highly stimulating, mouth-watering finish.

Residual sugar approximately 45-55g/l
