Domaine Guy Amiot Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Chaumees Clos St-Abdon" Blanc 2020, 750ml

The walls of the “Clos Saint Abdon” marked out the iconic part of the Chaumées Premier Cru plot. Held as a monopole (an area controlled by a single winery or owner), a long friendship maintained over three generations with the family that owns it makes it possible  to produce a small but exceptional cuvée from it.

Tasting Note:

It offers aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, you'll find flavors of ripe pear, apple, and subtle notes of vanilla and toasted almonds, balanced by a vibrant acidity. The wine has a long, clean finish with a touch of salinity.
