Chateau de Caraguilhes "La Font Blanche" Corbieres Blanc 2024, 750ml

Chateau de Caraguilhes La Font Blanche Corbieres Blanc 2024 is produced from vineyards with limestone and clay soils planted to 50% Roussanne 30% Grenache Blanc and 20% Vermentino. Grapes were harvested destemmed and gently pressed before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats using selected yeast with 5% of the blend vinified in French oak barrels to add subtle texture and complexity. The wine was aged briefly on fine lees to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

Tasting Note:

The nose shows aromas of citrus white peach and floral notes with a hint of spice. The palate is crisp and medium bodied with vibrant acidity layered stone fruit and a touch of minerality leading to a clean finish. Overall it offers a precise and elegant expression of Corbieres Blanc with clarity and balance.
