Pieropan Soave Classico 2024, 750ml

85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave from estate vineyards on volcanic basalt and tuff soils in the classic Soave zone around the village of Soave. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. No malolactic. Aged 6-8 months on fine lees in concrete and stainless steel with regular stirring.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show white peach and pear along with almond blossom and volcanic mineral notes. The palate delivers medium body and crispness with saline texture and bright acidity. Overall impression is one of pure freshness and persistent clarity reflecting the classic volcanic style of Soave Classico.
