100% Chardonnay sourced from twelve plots in the Meursault appellation, with an average vine age of thirty-five years. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and matured on lees for twelve months in oak barrels (1-5 years old), then three months in steel to preserve freshness.

Tasting Note

Aromas present yellow orchard fruit and citrus with a light nutty nuance. The palate is clean and balanced with ripe apple and stone fruit, framed by fresh acidity and a subtle oak texture. This is a precise village Meursault offering clear fruit definition and a steady, mineral-toned finish.
