The Petit Chablis vineyards, planted on fully exposed slopes that overlook the Grand Crus on the right bank, produce a fresh, lively wine that is ready to drink.

Long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Matured for 6 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks, with the least possible handling. Long cold stabilization.

Tasting Note:

Petit Chablis expresses citrus and floral notes reminiscent of hawthorn and vine flower. Pronounced liveliness in the mouth, with a chalky and saline finish.
