Domaine Perrot Minot Vosne Romanee "Orme des Chalandins" 2018, 750ml

Vosne-Romanée “Orme des Chalandins” 2018 is a village cuvée composed of two parcels: Les Ormes, planted in 1985, and Les Chalandins, planted in 2000. The vineyard covers 0.5 hectares and lies on clay-limestone soils with a notable proportion of silt and highly fertile topsoil. Grapes were fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following a cold maceration. The wine was aged for 16–18 months in 20–30% new French oak barrels, without racking, fining, or filtration, and bottled by gravity.

Aromas of orange rind, wild berries, rose petals and sweet spices introduce the 2018 Vosne-Romanée Orme des Chalandins, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and sumptuous wine that's bright, velvety and exotically perfumed.
