Domaine Jean Charles Rion Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2019, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir, from vineyards between 300 and 400m in the Hautes Côtes, planted on clay-limestone soils. Fermented in open stainless steel vats with temperature control, using indigenous yeasts, and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Deep garnet red with pink raspberry reflections. The nose is small black and red fruits. Blueberries, blackberries, wild strawberries and above all blackcurrants add color to this shiny and complex aromatic palette. Fruity sweetness, very well-integrated tannins, a long finish.
