Dopff au Moulin Gewurztraminer Terres Epicees 2020, 750ml

100% Gewurztraminer grown in the Gehey vineyard in Riquewihr, Alsace, where east-facing slopes and well-drained sandy clay soils support vines pruned under the Guyot system with green harvesting and canopy management to optimize ripening. Grapes were hand-harvested at full maturity, whole-bunch pressed, and underwent static settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, preserving varietal character and terroir expression. The wine was aged in tank without oak contact.

Tasting Note:

It shows an intense bouquet of lychee, passionfruit, pineapple, rose, and gingerbread, with 14% alcohol and a richly textured, aromatic palate balanced by freshness and spice
