Domaine Devillard Wine Dinner @Ming Pavilion - Island Shangri-la

Join us on 12 November 2026 for a special Burgundy wine dinner hosted by Ms. Aurore Monot-Devillard at Ming Pavilion, Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. The Devillard family has been a leading name in Burgundy for generations, with winemaking roots dating back to the 18th century. 

Today, the family owns several renowned estates, including Château de Chamirey in Mercurey and Domaine des Perdrix in the Côte de Nuits. 

Throughout the evening, Ms. Aurore Monot-Devillard will guide guests through a selection of wines from Château de Chamirey and Domaine des Perdrix. To accompany the wines, the team at Ming Pavilion has created an eight-course menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Fujian. Known for its refined modern Hokkien cuisine, Ming Pavilion offers an elegant setting for this unique food and wine experience.
