Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1997, 750ml

The Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1997 is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela. It was hand-picked and destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts for about two days before fortification with grape spirit to 20% alcohol with residual sugar of 115 g/L, and aged in seasoned oak casks for 25 years.

Tasting Note:

Deep orange-brown center with intense coppery hues along the rims. Aromas of quince preserve with traces of vanilla and soft caramel and hints of honey and raisins. An appealing smoky element is just perceptible in the background. Satisfyingly long after taste with a subtle combination of walnuts, tea and tobacco.
